Systemic Dialogue
A microcosm of the company (from 40 to 200 participants) is invited to discuss key business issues of the organization. Based on the fundamentals of group dynamics, optimal conditions are created to ensure that each individual gets ample time to share his perspectives and ideas. This emergent collective intelligence and wisdom becomes accessible from the dialogue and is made visible to the participants. These insights are employed to deal with a company’s most complex challenges.
