Community Learning is a virtual format which gathers a community of employees together to reflect upon a specific business issue. Research has documented that over ⅔ of change initiatives fail due to an inadequate sharing and development of a common understanding of business issues.
This approach builds upon the accrued learnings and insights of the participants from a prior Peer-to-Peer Networking initiative. This input informs the design of a discussion for a large group exploration of a specific topic. Up to 200 participants can participate simultaneously.
The aim of Community Learning is to provide a forum for employees to collectively discuss opportunities for continuous improvement and determine priorities for business issues that matter.
