Systemic Dialogue

Accessing collective intelligence

Systemic Dialogue

A microcosm of the company (from 40 to 200 participants) is invited to discuss key business issues of the organization.  Based on the fundamentals of group dynamics, optimal conditions are created to ensure that each individual gets ample time to share his perspectives and ideas. This emergent collective intelligence and wisdom becomes accessible from the dialogue and is made visible to the participants. These insights are employed to deal with a company’s most complex challenges.

Business Reasons

Systemic dialogue is a strategic large group facilitation process designed to deal with the complexity of organizational issues of the 21st century.

By directly engaging both the minds and the energy of employees to help resolve key business issues, systemic dialogue enables unique and creative solutions to a company’s challenges to emerge based on collective intelligence. During this process, silos are broken down, alignment is created and employees are inspired to be accountable for proposed solutions.

Systemic dialogue is unparalleled in its speed to make sustainable changes in an organization.

What is essential is the presence of the spirit of dialogue, which is in short, the ability to hold many points of view in suspension, along with a primary interest in the creation of common meaning.
